Dermot Keilthy joined PCCW Global as Vice President, Regulatory Affairs in March 2011. He has 25 years experience in the telecommunications business. He has served for 10 years as Director of Regulatory Affairs at REACH, and prior to that, he worked on secondment from Cable and Wireless Group (“C&W”) in a number of executive regulatory positions for Hong Kong Telecom (“HKT”) in the lead up to the liberalization of the domestic fixed telecommunications market in Hong Kong in 1995, and subsequent regulatory changes liberalizing the Hong Kong external telecommunications market. He has also previously held positions in C&W, Optus, Rank Organisation Plc and Deloitte Haskins and Sells.

Dermot has a BSc (Econ) degree from University College Swansea in the United Kingdom.
