Thirty-year telecommunications veteran Sunny Yeung became Senior Vice President, Global Services in 2008 to manage all post-sales support and operations.

He previously served PCCW as Vice President, Customer Support, following tenure as Assistant Vice President, Service Management/Customer Service, and Assistant Vice President, Service Support/Customer Service.

From 1985 to 1991, Sunny worked as Senior Controller, Specialized Service Development for Hong Kong Telecom. He also served British Airways as a Network Engineer and S.W.I.F.T as Far East Regional Technical Representative.

Sunny is a corporate member of the Institution of Electrical & Electronic Engineers, as well as a member of the Institution of Engineering & Technology, and holds an MBA from Brunel University in the UK.
