International Toll-free Service (ITFS) enables directly-dialled international calls to be made from fixed and mobile phones free of international charges to the callers. Full charges are paid by the called subscriber. Different ITFS numbers will be assigned for each country.

Alternatively, customers can choose to order a Universal International Freephone Number (UIFN) – one single unique number that can be dialled from different countries to reach the same customer. ITFS and UIFN are access options under the Global Inbound Services to offer to customer (telecommunications operators, international carriers, contact centre providers and service providers as well as multi-national enterprises).
