Service Options

Our GIA Service options offer different service levels, speeds, configurations and interface types to provide scalability and flexibility to match individual customer requirements.

GIA Service:

  • Enables in-country connection to 75 PCCW Global IP PoPs globally
  • Premium class service with highest performance to support mission-critical applications
  • Access interface: Nx64K, T1, E1, E3, DS3, OC3, STM-1, OC-12, STM-4, Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet

GIA Economy Service:

  • A cost-effective platform for corporate customers to run less delay-sensitive applications such as email and web browsing
  • Access interface: Nx64K, T1, E1

GIA Economy Plus:

  • Uses capacity on the TIC cable system connecting PoPs in India to the IP backbone at PCCW Global's ‘West-Asia Hub' in Singapore
  • Particularly suitable for customers who want competitively priced high-quality international Internet connectivity in India
  • Access interface: E1, DS3, STM-1, Ethernet, Fast Ethernet
