  • Maintain solid working relationships and grow long term business within key customer accounts
  • Drive new business revenues by onboarding new customers through a variety of methods such as social selling and leveraging your network of contacts
  • Understand client needs and tailor custom solutions through consultative selling
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
  • Maintain a high level of relevant technical knowledge and understanding of service offering
  • Effective management of client and internal expectations
  • Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales
  • Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis and provide forecasts and sales volumes over relevant time periods
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace


  • 5-years’ experience in managing enterprise customers in a Telecommunications or ICT environment
  • A background in selling connectivity products such as Layer 2, MPLS, IP Transit, SD WAN, SDN, UCaaS, SaaS and IoT
  • Excellent command of the English language (oral and written)
  • Strong commercial acumen and advanced negotiation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder managements skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Will require domestic and some international travel
