Project Assistant

  • Interact with users globally to understand the business requirements and design adequate IT solutions
  • Review sales project requirements against proposed resources from internal parties and external partners, suppliers and vendors, summarize related costs and submit project budget request to approvers
  • Handle services and goods ordering, initiate and submit purchase request, complete vendor service order form, and/or to order via vendor service portals
  • Liaise with vendor for service order acknowledgement, acceptance, provision scheduling and feedback. To update the provisioning progress and input to related systems
  • Coordinate with internal parties or other business units to secure commitment on resources allocation
  • Perform cost item acceptance and receipt for service delivery from vendors and register to related systems and inventory records
  • Perform cost review and internal renewal at regular intervals
  • Issue cost termination request to vendors and liaise with customer for service termination
  • Prepare management reports for cost tracking and monitoring


  • High diploma or above
  • 1 - 3 years experiences in administration support
  • Experience in customer service is preferred
  • Sound PC and software knowledge
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
