Chris Evans joined PCCW Global as Vice President, International Regulatory Affairs in June 2014, returning to the HKT family after 23 years. He has over 30 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry working in various telco companies and start-ups in the Caribbean, the Middle East, Asia, Europe and Australia. He served in various roles, initially in Engineering and Operations, and later moved into Interconnection and Regulation. Before re-joining HKT, Chris worked for five years as Senior Regulatory Advisor at Bahrain Telecommunications Company.
Chris holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a BSc(Hons) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bath.
