- Prepare inventory and deploy end-users' laptops and work stations across Europe
- Perform system administration and provide second line user support
- Be responsible for the good working of end-user IT assets in the Europe region
- Diagnose and document hardware and software problems (building a knowledge base)
- Use problem solving skills to fix immediate hardware/software problems as well as to define long-term problem solutions
- Assist the Global IT Manager to implement corporate IT projects
- Application and user account/profile administration
- Prepare relevant documentation and production changes
- Improve security on/ out the IT network
- Constant hardware/ software inventory update and maintain local system configuration
- Perform pro-active actions on all services and identify possible blocking points and bottlenecks
- Implement projects to meet requirements and standards in a timely and professional manner
- Provide skill transfers to other team members
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Act as the main onsite engineer in charge of the London UK office for all end-users
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Extensive knowledge of LAN/WAN technology
- Basic knowledge on Linux/Unix OS (Centos/RedHat) & Windows 2003/2008/2012 server
- Basic knowledge in open source solutions (Open LDAP, Postfix, KVM, DRDB)
- Able to provide technical solutions and alternatives from high level requirements
- Able to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Strong trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to keep track of multiple tasks and projects at once
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Independent, mature, initiative and is able to provide high quality deliverables under tight schedules
- Ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure and to work in continually changing environments

PCCW Global is looking for an Vendor Verification Officer. The main responsibilities include:
- Verify daily purchase requisitions from user department and arrange purchase order to vendor
- Ensure proper approval and authorization of purchase order is followed the guideline
- Coordinate between user departments to maintain proper goods/services receiving records
- Verify the vendor billing items against purchase order and delivery record
- Work with vendor to rectify billing discrepancy or internal parties to revise incorrect receiving records
- Prepare expenditure analysis and payment request document, and compile regular management report
- Provide support for ad-hoc and on-demand projects
Requirements:
- 1-2 years business experience, preferably in telecommunications industry or accounting sectors
- A good team player, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Systemic, independent and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge in Mobile Application development is a plus
- Good command of spoken and written English

- Perform 24/7 round-the-clock Tier 1 supports in the PCCW Global Network / Service Operations Center
- Identify and resolve private network problem in coordinate with internal and external parties for smooth execution of jobs in order to ensure an integrated and uninterrupted service is maintained
- Carry out Network / Service Operation Center routine jobs as per laid down procedures and work instructions
- Co-work with other teams to perform incident/problem management on different connectivity service
- Working locations: Kwai Chung / Wan Chai / Stanley.
Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities:
PCCW Global is looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer. The main responsibilities include:
- Specialist presales design (technical and commercial) support for International Communications solutions, with diversified coverage into Transmission and IP connectivity solutions as well as IT system integration, and IT infrastructure solutions (e.g. IT Security, Managed IT services, Unified Communications)
- In cooperation with sales, produce creative solutions for customers’ requirements on networking, IT infrastructure and ancillary areas
- Collaborate with internal resources; including Product Management, Network Engineering, Vendor Management and Global Services teams to develop best of breed solutions matching customers’ requirements
- Identify and negotiate third party solutions in support of intra- and inter-regional sales activity
- Negotiate with partners/suppliers for competitive solution components and actively explore other potential alternate suppliers for benchmarking.
- Provide support to presales for global / regional network requirement
- Assist Bid team to complete formal RFP response for customers’ data network projects and / or IT infrastructure projects
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven Carrier, Network or Internet Service Provider, or System Integrator experience
- Knowledge of global WAN products like Transmission Network, IP / MPLS VPN, Software Defined WAN
- Knowledge of Cloud Solutions
- Experience in working on global work environment and skilled in engaging different regions’ sales and technical expertise, managing multi-partners, and coordinating of global resources
- Knowledge of Enterprise LAN technologies, including Routers & Switches, Wireless LAN, Voice & Data integration, Storage and Server management, IT Security.
- CCNA, CCNP or similar certification, or equivalent skill in IP engineering
- Commercial oriented skills – costing, pricing, margin analysis and negotiations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills / techniques. Good command of written and spoken English.
- Chinese Putonghua for business communications preferred.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
- Structured methodology for problem solving
- Proactive self-starter able to be given general direction and operate with limited supervision
- Analytic approach and structured thinking
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized with the ability to solve problems quickly

PCCW Global is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The main responsibilities include:
- Responsible for IT problem resolution and the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and solve problems in a timely and accurate manner with minimal assistance from team members.
- Assists with providing technical assistance to computer system and mobile device users and answer questions or resolve problems for staff in person, via telephone, or from remote location with minimal assistance from team members.
- Assists with desktop implementation and management of patient care software system and business applications to include coordination of Help Desk work orders and IT Help Desk process management.
- Follows documented procedures to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
- Answers questions and provides technology help for staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum one year of end user support experience with knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop operating system and Microsoft Windows applications.
- Some experience supporting Android and iOS Smartphones, tablets and applications.
- Requires customer service skills as related to hardware and software implementation and support
- Understanding of security issues surrounding applications.
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Valid Colorado driver’s license and unlimited access to reliable transportation. Adequate automobile insurance
- Strong ability to priorities multiple tasks and stick to strict deadlines
