Marketing Administration Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide full ranges of administrative support to Marketing Department, including new joiner’s onboarding logistics, scheduling, travel arrangement, leave administration and day-to-day activity coordination
  • Creation and maintenance of system records and proper filing of documents
  • Provide support to external and internal events (e.g. arrange venue, F&B and premiums and guest registrations)
  • Manage and organize the logistic arrangement for customer visits to Hong Kong office
  • Maintain the Premiums inventory and settle courier payment
  • Assist in Online Marketing and maintain the company website
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • University Degree or High Diploma with 2-3 year equivalent working experience in administration or marketing support
  • Previous experience in MNCs and/or international exposure are preferable
  • Previous experience in Marketing/ ICT industry is an advantage
  • Fluent command of spoken and written English
  • Good command of PC skills such as PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word
  • Independent, proactive and well-organized
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Marketing Administration Assistant
