Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:   

• Analyze voice revenue, cost and prepare schedule and report for month end closing under voice business
• Analyze operational performance and trends on revenue, cost and traffic
• Prepare periodic forecast and support annual planning
• Track the CAPEX performance for the team
• Prepare traffic reports for third parties as required by external engagements of PCCW Global in various inter-company projects (including but not limited to GW Tracker, GTF, Telegeography)
• Coordinate with different functional teams during planning & forecasting cycles to articulate changes, identify risks & opportunities, and present a consolidated picture for the management.
• Automate and standardize excel models, stream line reporting process
• Provide support to ad hoc projects for the team

Requirements:  

• University Degree in Accounting or Business related discipline
• 2-3 years relevant experience in business modeling or management reporting, preferably in telecommunication industry
• Good PC skills and proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level) and Power Point.  
• Ability to manipulate data with strong excel skills, and provide a high quality reporting product
• Good command of written and spoken English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Detail oriented, well-organized and independent
