Delivery Project Manager
Responsibilities:
PCCW Global is looking for a Delivery Project Manager to be based in their Stafford office.
- Representing the clients’ and the company’s interests.
- Agreeing project objectives.
- Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).
- Perform site surveys as required.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
- Submit project status reports to stakeholders; anticipate and react to change.
- Gain approval before and after installation.
- Be proactive in the identification and resolution of problems.
- Ensure the Project team comply with the agreed installation standards.
- Seek and develop ongoing improvements.
- Maintain effective and long-term relationships with the customer and their advisors.
- Provide aftercare services to the customer.
- Ensure health and safety requirements are adhered to.
- Risk assessments.
- Recruit specialists and sub-contractors.
- Monitor sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
- Accounting, costing and billing.
Reqirements:
- Understand basic revenue models and P/L; meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; schedule expenditures; analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.

Education and Work Experience:
- You will need a significant body of experience in the appropriate field.
- You may also be required to be part of a professional or chartered body (e.g. Prince 2/MSP)
- It is also likely that you will need a full driver’s licence.
