Assistant Manager (Wholesale Management, Telecommunication)

Roles and Responsibilities:

PCCW Global is looking for an Assistant Manager in Hong Kong. The main responsibilities include:

• Establish and follow new MVNO and wholesale business opportunities
• Work closely with existing partners to drive their sales and wholesale revenue
• Assist to formulate and negotiate the commercial offer and the contract with the partners
• Perform daily account management activities include dispute & complaints handling, late payment follow up, SIM card ordering and management reporting preparation, etc.
• Provide market intelligence to management for supporting the development of wholesale business
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial, billing and management reports

Requirements:
