Administrative Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

PCCW Global is looking for an Administrative Executive in Hong Kong. The main responsibilities include:

  • Provide full range of administrative support to including office administration such as ordering and managing stationery, office & pantry supplies, postage, meeting rooms reservations
  • Liaise and coordinate with region departments on various matters
  • Arrange Air tickets, accommodation and transportation
  • PA duties and schedule arrangements for management
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent English is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A good team player
  • Independent, well-organized and dynamic to cope with fast pace environment
  • Well versed in PC operation, especially in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
