Roles & Responsibilities:
PCCW Global is looking for an Assistant Manager, Carrier Management. The main responsibilities include:
- Manage interconnect, connectivity and carrier business relationship
- Manage commercial negotiation with service providers and customers
- Review business strategy and contribute to solution recommendations to business projects
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Sales teams
- Liaise and work with Carriers on day-to-day business issues
- Manage ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences
- Profound knowledge in both mobile and fixed network, telecom regulatory and in-depth experience in international services including IDD, Roaming, IP, VOLTE and Messaging services etc
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, including both business and technical teams, inspiring business insights
- Familiar with telecom regulatory concepts
- Good command of both written and verbal Chinese (Cantonese) and English. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage

- Verify employee expense claims, including business travel and local expenses, etc. in accordance with Company policies
- Prepare expense reports and accounts payable reconciliation
- Cooperate with internal parties and ensure smooth daily payment process
- Handle ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in Accounting/ LCCI;
- 1 -2 years relevant working experience is preferable; fresh graduate with good attitude will also be considered;
- Good PC knowledge, e.g. MS Word and Excel;
- Detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure;
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese;
- Experience in using accounting software is an advantage;
- Immediately available is strongly preferable

Roles & Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will work closely with Project Manager/Supervisor to plan and implement global sales projects and related activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Review sales project requirements against proposed resources from internal parties and external partners, suppliers and vendors, summarize related costs and submit project budget request to approvers
- Handle services and goods ordering, initiate and submit purchase request, complete vendor service order form, and/or to order via vendor service portals
- Liaise with vendor for service order acknowledgement, acceptance, provision scheduling and feedback. To update the provisioning progress and input to related systems
- Coordinate with internal parties or other business units to secure commitment on resources allocation
- Perform cost item acceptance and receipt for service delivery from vendors and register to related systems and inventory records
- Perform cost review and internal renewal at regular intervals
- Issue cost termination request to vendors and liaise with customer for service termination
- Prepare management reports for cost tracking and monitoring
Requirements:
- High diploma or above; Experience of 1-3 years in administration support is preferred
- Sound knowledge in PC and common business software
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good interpersonal communication skill
- Experience in customer service is preferred
- Applicants with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a system architect in Agile Teams
- Participate in the project solution design; define, analyse and evaluate business requirements for projects by working in close liaison with stakeholders
- Propose architecturally solutions to business problems/needs in relation to current and future business and IT environments
- Design, evaluate and recommend technical solutions that align with architecture road map
- Prepare, write and maintain documentation in collaboration with stakeholders
- Prepare architectural documentation
- Prepare and conduct architecture and design workshops, walk through sessions, review meetings and presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
- Mentor, educate, and train colleagues as requested
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 3+ years of enterprise-level solution/technical architect experience
- Software development experience in one or more than one of the following areas: Backend development (Java, Node.js, Python, Spring Framework) / Web development (frontend frameworks - React, Vue.js, Angular) / Cloud platform technology / Container / Micro services
- Experience with systems integration technologies for data exchange – particularly Restful API
- Experience with database management and proper systems security best practices
- Experience with Agile methodology is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:
- To resolve colocation customer issues by providing on-site technical “remote assistance services” on an ad hoc basis;
- Carry out effective & quality customer service provision on all International transmission services, including SONET, SDH, IPLC, IEPL base on Huawei, ZTE and Nortel product;
- Manage and coordinate with Project Manager the implementing of customized TX Solution Project in configuration and other technical aspect to our customers.
- As part of the service delivery chain, in coordinate and work with the core engineering team to provision non-standard services and implement network wide upgrades, changes, etc.;
- Resolve customer issues by providing technical support mainly remotely, on an ad hoc basis on-site;
- Provide 2nd level support to the NOCs for such services and be an escalation point for such issues;
- Work with the core engineering team to resolve higher level problems and implement solutions per request;
- Operation/interpretation of transmission test equipment/results; and testing of transmission links;
- Provide support within a global team to ensure proper handover of tasks/activities to ensure 24 x 7 support to PCCW Global client base (external/internal);
- Fault diagnostics on transmission interface media types, operation of test equipment and interpretation of test results;
- Installation of equipment (racking/stacking);
- Ad hoc activities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Electronic/Information System/Computer Engineering with 5 years’ experience transmission experience;
- In depth knowledge of carrier transmission technologies (SDH/TDM/GigE);
- Preferably transmission related experience with ADMs i.e. ECI, Huawei, ZTE or Nortel etc.;
- Understanding of transmission interfaces, transmission media types;
- Experience in telecommunications service provider markets and support processes;
- Thorough understanding of Operational (service management) processes.
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated and tactful in dealing with other people across different functions
- Good communication (especially telephonic), presentation and interpersonal skills
- Act as a team player and self-starter
- Well versed in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
