Assistant Manager, Carrier Management
Roles & Responsibilities:
PCCW Global is looking for an Assistant Manager, Carrier Management. The main responsibilities include:
- Manage interconnect, connectivity and carrier business relationship
- Manage commercial negotiation with service providers and customers
- Review business strategy and contribute to solution recommendations to business projects
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Sales teams
- Liaise and work with Carriers on day-to-day business issues
- Manage ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences
- Profound knowledge in both mobile and fixed network, telecom regulatory and in-depth experience in international services including IDD, Roaming, IP, VOLTE and Messaging services etc
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, including both business and technical teams, inspiring business insights
- Familiar with telecom regulatory concepts
- Good command of both written and verbal Chinese (Cantonese) and English. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
