Assistant Manager, Carrier Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

PCCW Global is looking for an Assistant Manager, Carrier Management. The main responsibilities include:

• Manage interconnect, connectivity and carrier business relationship
• Manage commercial negotiation with service providers and customers
• Review business strategy and contribute to solution recommendations to business projects
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Sales teams
• Liaise and work with Carriers on day-to-day business issues
• Manage ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or other relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences
• Profound knowledge in both mobile and fixed network, telecom regulatory and in-depth experience in international services including IDD, Roaming, IP, VOLTE and Messaging services etc
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, including both business and technical teams, inspiring business insights
• Familiar with telecom regulatory concepts
• Good command of both written and verbal Chinese (Cantonese) and English. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
