Senior UCaaS Solutions Consultant

Role and Responsibilities:

PCCW Global is looking for a Senior UCaaS Solutions Consultant based in either the Reading or London office in the UK.

• Operate in key technology areas: UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service); Security Services (CyberGuard portfolio of Firewall, anti-DDOS and Threat Management Services); and Cloud computing including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS over Public, Private and Hybrid cloud deployments
• In collaboration with the sales teams achieve or exceed the yearly revenue target assigned to the MSDS organization
• Timely delivery of technical solutions matched to customer needs, both in formal documentation and verbally
• Collect customer requirements and manage expectations appropriately
• Liaise with internal teams on solutions customizations and support
• Timely delivery of technical solutions recommendations, justifications and costing.
• Engagement in discussions related to feasibility, qualification, and prioritization of pipeline opportunities
• Continue to learn and develop in: SD-WAN & optimization; Intelligent WAN automation; and Cloud platforms & technologies

Requirements:

• Experience in solution selling, understanding customer requirements and capable of managing customer expectations
• Experience in complex & global hosted IP PBX solution design including unified communications, video conferencing, voice recording systems, etc.
• Complex unified communication migration and implementation experience
• LDAP and Active Directory integration to Unified Communications systems
• Knowledge in global voice regulatory requirements
• Experience in Trading voice systems is preferable
• CCIE voice certification preferable
• CCIE security certification preferable
• Broadsoft certification preferable
