Sales Administration Officer
Role and Responsibilities:
PCCW Global is looking for a Sales Administration Officer who is detail-minded and well-organized. The main responsibilities include:
- Provide full range of administrative support, including scheduling, leave administration, expenses claim, travel arrangement and day-to-day activity coordination, to multiple teams in Sales Department
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, sales/purchase orders , and relevant sales reports and presentations
- Create, maintain and manage the system records regularly and accurately
- Manage and organize the logistic arrangement for the international customer visits to Hong Kong office
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- University Degree, or 2-3 year equivalent relevant working experience
- Previous experience in MNCs and/or international exposure are preferable
- Previous experience in Telecommunications / ICT industry is a definite advantage
- Fluent command of spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese and English is a MUST.
- Good command of PC skills such as PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word
- Independent, proactive, detail minded and well-organized
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Good time management and ability to perform tasks within tight deadlines
- Immediate availability is preferable
