Our environment
As part of PCCW Ltd’s Environmental Programme, we’re taking active steps to reduce our environmental footprint – addressing both direct and indirect impacts. Our environmental goals include; reducing electricity consumption, lowering greenhouse gas emissions, minimising general waste and cutting water usage intensity.

Responsible policies, global reach
Our global policies and procedures form the backbone of how we operate responsibly and ethically. Each is approved by our Board through dedicated committees to ensure sustainability is embedded in our operations. These cover governance, community, and environmental practices – including our Code of Conduct, Whistleblower Policy, Diversity Policy, and Environmental Management Policies.
Meaningful partnerships
Télécoms Sans Frontières (TSF)
We proudly support TSF, helping deliver critical communications in disaster zones and conflict areas. Together, we enable emergency response teams and displaced communities to connect when it matters most.
Charity Runs
For several years, we’ve proudly sponsored charity runs at major industry events. This includes the International Telecoms Week (ITW) Charity Run supporting TSF, the PTC 5K Charity Run/Walk benefitting Make-a-Wish Hawaii, and more.
